Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website purechemcosmetics.com, including every page, subdomain, feature, form, account area, newsletter and checkout process made available through it (together, the "Website"), and every order you place for products offered on the Website. The Website is operated by Notel LLC, whose registered address is 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida ("we", "us", "our" or "PureChem Cosmetics"). You can reach us at support@purechemcosmetics.com, which is our only contact channel for customer matters, order questions, complaints, legal notices and requests of every kind.
In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the person who visits the Website, creates an account or places an order. "Products" means the peptide skincare and cosmetic products (including serums, creams, cleansers, eye care, masks, hair care and sets) and the dietary supplements (including capsules, gummies, powders and strips) that we offer for sale on the Website from time to time. "Order" means a request by you to purchase one or more Products through the Website. "Contract" means the contract of sale formed between you and us in respect of an Order, as described in section 6.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Product and Results Disclaimer and Legal Notice, each of which is published on the Website and forms part of the agreement between you and us. Where a separate policy deals with a specific subject in more detail, that policy applies to that subject in addition to these terms. If there is a conflict between these terms and a separate policy on a matter that the separate policy specifically addresses, the separate policy prevails on that matter, unless these terms state otherwise.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Website or placing an Order. By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in the version published at that time. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Website or place an Order. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these terms for your records, since we do not file an individual copy of the terms for each Order and the version on the Website may change over time.
2. Consumer rights that remain unaffected
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or waives any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live, where that law applies to your purchase and cannot be varied by agreement. Where a provision of these terms would, if applied literally, reduce such a right, that provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the remainder of the provision continues to apply. Whenever these terms use expressions such as "to the extent permitted by applicable law", "as far as the law allows" or similar wording, they should be read with this section in mind.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another country with comparable rules, you may benefit from statutory rights relating to distance contracts, pre-contractual information, conformity of goods with the contract, and the handling of defective products. These terms are intended to operate alongside those rights and not to replace them. If you buy Products in the course of a business, trade, craft or profession, the protections that the law reserves for consumers do not apply to you, and the limitations in these terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility to use the Website and buy Products
You may use the Website and place Orders only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence if that is higher, and you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an Order you confirm that you meet these requirements. Some Products, in particular dietary supplements, are intended for adults only and must not be purchased for or given to children. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time and may refuse or cancel an Order if we have reason to believe that you do not meet our eligibility requirements.
You may place Orders only for your own personal use or as a gift for another adult. Products are sold to end customers and not for resale. We may refuse or cancel Orders that, in our reasonable judgement, appear to be placed by or on behalf of resellers, distributors or other commercial buyers, including Orders for unusually large quantities, repeated Orders for the same Product to multiple addresses, or Orders linked to accounts that we suspect are used to acquire stock for resale. Nothing in this section prevents us from agreeing separate written terms with a business customer if we choose to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Products you order may lawfully be imported into, possessed and used in the country to which you ask us to deliver them. The rules governing cosmetics and dietary supplements differ between countries, and a Product that may be sold in one country may be subject to restrictions in another. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no responsibility if a Product is detained, seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities in the destination country because of local import rules, and in such a case we are not obliged to refund the purchase price or shipping costs.
4. Use of the Website
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Website for the purpose of browsing our range, obtaining information about the Products, managing your account and placing Orders for your personal use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, without interruption or free of errors. Access may be suspended or restricted, without notice, for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical faults, the failure of third-party systems, or for any other reason we consider appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the Website being unavailable, slow or not working as you expect.
We may change, add to or remove any part of the Website, including Products, features, content, prices, offers and design, at any time and without notice. We are not obliged to keep any Product in our range or to continue selling any Product at a particular price. Images on the Website are for illustration. Colours, textures, packaging and labelling of the Products you receive may differ from those shown, because of screen settings, changes made by manufacturers, regulatory labelling requirements or packaging updates. Such differences do not affect the essential characteristics of the Product and do not entitle you to reject it, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
You must use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and with these terms. You are responsible for the equipment, software and internet connection you use to access the Website, and for any costs your network or service provider charges you. We do not warrant that the Website is compatible with every device, browser or operating system.
5. Customer accounts
You may be able to place an Order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you must provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, and you must keep it up to date. You must not create an account using another person's identity or details, create more than one account for the purpose of abusing promotions, or create an account if we have previously suspended or closed an account of yours.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it, except to the extent that the activity results from our own failure to apply reasonable security measures. You must notify us immediately at support@purechemcosmetics.com if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. We are not responsible for losses that result from your failure to keep your login details secure.
We may suspend, restrict or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, misused promotions or discount codes, made repeated unjustified chargebacks or complaints, behaved in an abusive or threatening manner towards our staff or partners, or where we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider. Closure of your account does not affect any Contract already formed, any rights or obligations that have accrued before closure, or any provision of these terms that by its nature is intended to survive.
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@purechemcosmetics.com. Closing your account does not cancel any Order already accepted, and we may retain information associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Orders and formation of the contract
The presentation of Products on the Website, including in product pages, collections, emails, advertisements and social media content, does not constitute a binding offer by us to sell. It is an invitation to you to submit an offer to buy. You make an offer to purchase Products when you complete the checkout process and submit your Order by clicking the button that confirms your purchase and your obligation to pay.
Before you submit your Order, the checkout will show you a summary of the Products you have selected, their quantities, the price of each item, any discounts applied, the shipping method you have chosen, the shipping costs, and the total amount payable. You can review and correct your entries at every stage of the checkout before submitting, by using the editing options provided or by returning to the previous step. It is your responsibility to check this information carefully, including your delivery address and email address, before you submit the Order.
After you submit an Order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your Order has been accepted. The Contract between you and us is formed only when we accept your Order, which happens at the earlier of the moment we send you an email expressly confirming acceptance or dispatch of the Products, or the moment the Products are handed over to the carrier. Where an Order contains several Products, we may accept the Order in part, in which case a Contract is formed only for the Products we accept.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, in whole or in part, before the Contract is formed, at our discretion and without having to give reasons, including in particular where a Product is out of stock or discontinued, where we cannot deliver to the address you have given, where there is an error in the price or description of a Product, where payment has not been authorised or has been reversed, where our fraud prevention checks flag the Order, where we suspect the Order is placed for resale, or where we have reason to believe that accepting the Order would breach the law or these terms. If we refuse or cancel an Order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for the affected Products to your original payment method. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we have no further liability to you in connection with a refused or cancelled Order.
Even after the Contract is formed, we may cancel it, in whole or in part, if we discover that the Order was placed fraudulently or by a person not authorised to use the payment method, that a pricing or description error of the kind described in section 8 has occurred, or that the Product cannot be supplied because of circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you by email and refund any amount paid for the cancelled Products.
The Contract is concluded in English. We do not file a copy of your individual Contract in a form that is accessible to you after the event, but you will receive the order details by email, and you can access past Orders through your account if you have one.
7. Product information, ingredients and your own checks
We make reasonable efforts to describe the Products accurately and to show their ingredients, directions for use, warnings and other relevant information on the Website. The Products are manufactured for us by our third-party manufacturing partner, Supliful. Product information is provided by us or on the basis of information supplied by the manufacturer and may change. The information printed on the label and packaging of the Product you receive is the definitive information for that Product and prevails over any information on the Website if the two differ.
You are solely responsible for reading the full ingredient list, directions and warnings on the Website and on the packaging before buying and before using any Product, and for deciding whether a Product is suitable for you. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, a skin condition, or any medical condition, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you take medication, or if you are unsure whether a Product is suitable for you, you should consult a doctor, dermatologist, pharmacist or other qualified professional before buying or using it. We strongly recommend that you carry out a patch test before using any cosmetic Product for the first time, by applying a small amount to a discreet area of skin and waiting at least 24 hours to check for any reaction. If irritation, redness, swelling, itching or any other adverse reaction occurs, stop using the Product immediately and seek professional advice where appropriate.
Cosmetic Products are for external use only. They must not be swallowed, injected, applied to broken or damaged skin unless the label expressly allows it, or used in or near the eyes except where the Product is specifically designed for the eye area and is used as directed. Keep all Products out of the reach of children.
Dietary supplements are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. You must not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the packaging. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before taking any supplement.
Information on the Website, in our emails, on our social media channels and in any communication from our staff is general information only and does not constitute medical, dermatological, nutritional or other professional advice. It is not tailored to your individual circumstances and must not be relied on as such. Our Product and Results Disclaimer contains further information on this subject and forms part of these terms.
8. Prices and pricing errors
All prices on the Website are shown in euros (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, prices include any value added tax or sales tax that we are required to charge on the sale, at the rate applicable at the time of your Order. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately at checkout before you submit your Order. Customs duties, import taxes, import VAT, brokerage fees and similar charges that may be levied in the destination country are not included in our prices and are your responsibility, as explained in section 12 and in our Shipping Policy.
If your bank or card issuer charges your account in a currency other than euros, the conversion is carried out by your bank or card issuer at its own exchange rate and may include fees. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for any conversion rate, foreign transaction fee or other charge applied by your bank or card issuer.
We may change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect Orders for which a Contract has already been formed. The price that applies to your Order is the price displayed at the moment you submit the Order, subject to the rest of this section.
Despite our efforts, some Products on the Website may be mispriced or described incorrectly. If we discover an obvious error in the price of a Product, meaning an error that a reasonable customer would or should have recognised as an error, for example a price that is a fraction of the usual price or that does not correspond to the rest of the range, we are not obliged to supply the Product at the incorrect price, even if we have already sent you an order acknowledgement or confirmation. In such a case we may cancel the Order or the affected part of it and refund in full any amount you have paid, or we may contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not confirm within the time we indicate, the Order will be cancelled and refunded. The same applies to obvious errors in the description, quantity or availability of a Product, or in the amount of a discount.
9. Volume discount, promotions and discount codes
We offer an automatic quantity discount per Product when you buy several units of the same Product in one Order. A discount of 5% applies to a Product when the Order contains at least 3 units of that Product, 10% when it contains at least 6 units, and 15% when it contains at least 8 units. Units of different Products are not added together. The applicable discount is calculated automatically for each Product and shown before you submit your Order. The volume discount applies to the price of the Products and does not apply to shipping costs, customs duties or taxes collected separately.
From time to time we may offer other promotions, sales, gifts with purchase, bundles or discount codes. Each promotion is subject to the conditions stated in the promotion itself, and to these terms. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions, only one discount code can be used per Order, discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, cannot be applied retrospectively to Orders already placed, and may be limited in time, in quantity, to particular Products or to particular customers. Whether a discount code can be combined with the volume discount is stated in the conditions of that code. Where nothing is stated, we may decide at checkout which discount applies, and the checkout will show the discount that has been applied before you submit your Order.
We may withdraw, change or end any promotion or discount code at any time without notice, subject to honouring Orders for which a Contract has already been formed. We may refuse to apply, or may cancel Orders that use, discount codes that have been obtained or used in breach of their conditions, including codes shared publicly that were intended for an individual customer, codes used on multiple accounts by the same person, and codes generated or obtained by technical manipulation.
If you return part of an Order that benefited from the volume discount or another promotion, and the remaining items no longer qualify for the discount that was applied, the refund for the returned items will be calculated so that you receive back what you paid for those items after taking into account the reduced discount to which the remaining items are entitled. The method of calculation is explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time you submit your Order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent third-party payment service provider, and may be made by payment card or by the digital wallets that Stripe makes available, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device, location and the methods enabled at the time of your Order. The availability of a particular payment method is not guaranteed.
When you pay, your payment details are entered into and processed by Stripe's systems. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as the payment status, the type of card, the last digits of the card number and the expiry date, and information needed to prevent fraud and handle refunds. Your use of a payment method is also subject to the terms and conditions of Stripe and of the issuer of your card or wallet, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
You confirm that you are fully entitled to use the payment method you provide, and that sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the full amount of the Order. If payment is declined, reversed or not completed for any reason, we are not obliged to process or deliver the Order.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in respect of an Order, we ask that you first contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com so that we can try to resolve the matter. Chargebacks that are initiated without contacting us, or that relate to Products that were delivered as ordered, may be contested by us, and we may provide the payment processor and your bank with order, delivery and correspondence records for that purpose. Where a chargeback is found to have been unjustified, we may suspend your account and refuse future Orders, and we reserve the right to recover the amount concerned together with any fees we have incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Fraud prevention and verification
To protect our customers and our business, Orders may be subject to automated and manual fraud prevention checks, including checks carried out by Stripe. These checks may take into account information such as the billing and delivery addresses, the IP address and device used, the payment method, the order history associated with an email address or account, and other signals indicating potential fraud.
We may delay processing an Order while we carry out checks, and we may ask you to provide additional information or documents to verify your identity, your address or your authority to use the payment method. If you do not provide the information we request within a reasonable time, or if we are not satisfied with the verification, we may cancel the Order and refund any amount paid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any delay or cancellation resulting from fraud prevention checks.
We may report suspected fraud to Stripe, to banks and card issuers, to the police and to other competent authorities, and we may share relevant information with them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Shipping and delivery
We ship Products to the countries offered at checkout. Our customers are mainly located in the European Union, but we may ship to other countries as well. The shipping methods available for your delivery address, the applicable shipping costs and the estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you submit your Order, and are repeated in the order confirmation. Our Shipping Policy contains further details and forms part of these terms.
The Products are manufactured, packed and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful, which acts on our behalf. To fulfil your Order, Supliful receives your name, shipping address, contact details and the contents of your Order. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by Supliful and by other third-party fulfillment partners acting on our behalf, from different warehouse locations. As a result, an Order containing several Products may be delivered in more than one parcel, on different days and by different carriers. Each parcel may have its own tracking information. Splitting an Order into several parcels does not entitle you to additional compensation and does not change the shipping costs shown at checkout, unless we inform you otherwise.
Delivery times shown at checkout, in emails or anywhere else are estimates only. They are not guaranteed, and time of delivery is not of the essence of the Contract unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery is performed by independent carriers and postal operators, and delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including high volumes, weather, strikes, customs inspections, incorrect address information and events of the kind described in section 24. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, postal operators, customs authorities or other third parties. Where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to terminate the Contract if delivery does not take place within a certain period or an additional period that you set, that right is not affected.
You must provide a complete and correct delivery address, including any apartment number, building name, access codes and a reachable telephone number where the carrier requires one, and must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel or that the parcel can be safely delivered. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information that you provided, or from your failure to collect a parcel from a pick-up point or post office within the period set by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us or to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may re-ship it at your cost, after you have paid the new shipping charge, or, at our option, refund the price of the Products less the original and return shipping costs and any other costs we have incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, or if goods enter a customs territory different from the one from which they are shipped, customs duties, import taxes, import VAT, clearance fees and similar charges may be levied by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier. These charges are your responsibility and are payable by you to the relevant authority or carrier, usually before the parcel is released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the consequences described in the previous paragraph apply, and we are not obliged to refund the charges or the costs of return.
13. Title and risk
Ownership of the Products passes to you when we have received full payment for them, including the applicable shipping costs. Risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are handed over to the carrier for delivery to you, as far as the law allows. Where you are a consumer and mandatory law in your country provides that risk passes only when you or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products, risk passes at that later point instead.
If a parcel appears to have been lost in transit, or is delivered damaged, you must notify us at support@purechemcosmetics.com as described in our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier. We may require you to cooperate with the investigation, including by signing a declaration that the parcel was not received.
14. Inspection on delivery and damaged, defective or wrong items
You should inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery. If a Product is damaged, defective or not the Product you ordered, you must report it to us at support@purechemcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the Product, its packaging and the shipping box, and a short description of the problem. Prompt reporting allows us to make claims against carriers and fulfillment partners, which usually have short deadlines. If you report the issue within this period and we confirm that the Product was damaged, defective or wrong at the time of delivery, we will at our option replace the Product or refund its price, together with the original shipping cost attributable to it, and we will tell you whether and how the Product should be returned.
Where you are a consumer, this reporting period is a condition of the commercial procedure we offer on top of your statutory rights. It does not shorten or exclude any statutory warranty or conformity rights you have under mandatory law, which you may still exercise within the periods the law provides. Reporting within 48 hours helps us resolve the matter quickly, but failing to do so does not on its own deprive you of statutory rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
15. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains in detail how returns work, what can and cannot be returned, how refunds are calculated and how to contact us. In summary, you may return Products within 14 days of delivery only if they are unopened and in their original sealed condition. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic Products and dietary supplements that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. You must contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com before sending anything back so that we can give you return instructions, including the return address, which may be the facility of our fulfillment partner Supliful. Returns that are sent without prior notice may be refused. You are responsible for the cost of returning Products. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods arriving and passing inspection. Original shipping costs are not refunded except where the item was faulty or wrong. Sale items and gift sets are subject to the same rules.
Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts, that right is not restricted by this section beyond what the law itself allows, including the statutory exception for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. If any part of our Returns and Refunds Policy would give you less than your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
You may ask us to cancel an Order before it has been dispatched by writing to support@purechemcosmetics.com as soon as possible. Because Orders are processed by fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be acted on before dispatch. If the Order has already been dispatched, the request will be handled as a return in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
16. Statutory warranty and conformity
Where you are a consumer, you have the statutory rights that apply in your country if a Product does not conform to the Contract, for example because it is faulty or does not match its description. These rights exist regardless of any commercial guarantee and are not affected by these terms. If you believe that a Product does not conform to the Contract, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com with a description of the issue, photos, and your order number.
A Product is not considered non-conforming merely because it does not produce the results you hoped for, because you have an individual reaction to an ingredient that is correctly declared on the label, because of changes in texture, scent or colour that are normal for products of that kind, because the Product has been used contrary to its directions, stored incorrectly, exposed to heat, sunlight or contamination after delivery, or used after its expiry date or after the period after opening indicated on the packaging, or because of normal variations between production batches.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to the statutory rights described in sections 2 and 16, the Website and all information, content and services provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the Website or its content, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we give no warranty that any Product will achieve any particular result, effect or outcome for you. Results of cosmetic Products and dietary supplements vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control, including skin type, age, genetics, health, diet, lifestyle, environment, consistency of use and the use of other products. Before and after photos, reviews, testimonials and descriptions of expected effects that appear on the Website or in our marketing illustrate individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will experience the same. Our Product and Results Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for liability under mandatory product liability legislation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such liability cannot be limited by law, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the previous paragraph and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any of the following: loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings; loss of goodwill or reputation; loss or corruption of data; loss of opportunity; any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage; any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the Contract was formed; any loss or damage arising from your failure to read and follow the directions, warnings and ingredient information for a Product, to carry out a patch test, or to seek professional advice where appropriate; any reaction, irritation, sensitivity or allergy to an ingredient that was correctly declared on the Product or the Website; any loss or damage caused by your use of a Product in a way that is not in accordance with its directions or intended use; any loss or damage caused by delays or failures of carriers, postal operators, customs authorities, fulfillment partners, payment processors or other third parties; and any loss or damage arising from your reliance on general information on the Website or in our communications as if it were professional advice.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you actually paid for that Order. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, other than in connection with an Order, is limited to fifty euros (EUR 50).
If you use Products, or buy them, in the course of a business, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Each of the limitations and exclusions in this section is to be read separately. If any of them is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the others continue to apply.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notel LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, fulfillment partners and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party, your resale or redistribution of Products in breach of these terms, or any content you submit to the Website. This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own breach of these terms or of the law, and does not apply in a way that would be contrary to mandatory consumer law.
20. Intellectual property
The Website and its entire content, including texts, product descriptions, photographs, images, videos, illustrations, graphics, logos, trade marks, trade names, product names, packaging designs, page layouts, software, source code, databases and the selection and arrangement of all of these, are owned by or licensed to Notel LLC and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.
You may view and print pages of the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, for example to keep a record of your Order. You must not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, republish, download, store, transmit, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, license, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content; use any of our trade marks, logos, product images or product descriptions in any way, including in advertising, on marketplaces, on other websites or on social media for commercial purposes; frame or mirror any part of the Website; or use any part of the Website or its content to train, develop or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.
Nothing on the Website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trade mark, logo or other intellectual property shown on it. Trade marks of third parties that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
21. Reviews, comments and other user content
The Website may allow you to submit product reviews, ratings, comments, photos, questions or other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you confirm that it reflects your own genuine experience, that you are the author or have all necessary rights to submit it, that any person who can be identified in a photo or video has consented to its publication, and that it does not breach these terms or any law.
User Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing; must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person; must not contain personal data of other people, advertising, spam, links to other websites or promotions of other products or businesses; must not make medical claims, such as claims that a Product treats, cures or prevents a disease; and must not contain viruses or harmful code. Reviews must relate to Products you have actually purchased and used. Reviews written in exchange for payment, free products or other benefits must clearly disclose this.
By submitting User Content, you grant Notel LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, translate, adapt, edit for length, clarity and compliance, and create derivative works from that User Content, in any media now known or later developed, including on the Website, in emails, on social media and in advertising, in connection with our business. Where the law requires it, we will attribute User Content to you using the name or username you provided. You waive, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any moral rights you may have in the User Content in respect of such uses.
We are not obliged to publish, keep or display any User Content. We may review, moderate, edit, refuse, remove or reorder User Content at any time, at our discretion, including content that we believe breaches these terms. We take reasonable steps to check that published reviews come from customers who have purchased the Product, as described on the Website. User Content represents the views of its authors and not our views, and we do not endorse it.
22. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. In particular, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, any account or any connected system or database; introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other malicious or technologically harmful material; carry out a denial of service attack or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Website; use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means to access, monitor, copy or extract data from the Website, including product data and prices, except for search engine indexing that complies with our robots instructions; circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, access restriction or technical limit of the Website; place Orders using false identities or payment methods you are not authorised to use; misuse discount codes, promotions, referral schemes or the returns process; submit false reviews or manipulate ratings; or use the Website to send unsolicited communications.
We may investigate any suspected breach of this section, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and suspend or terminate your access to the Website and your account without notice. We may report any breach of computer misuse or similar laws to the relevant authorities.
23. Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to websites, apps, social media pages and services operated by third parties, and may include features provided by third parties, such as payment processing by Stripe, embedded content, analytics tools and social media plug-ins. These links and features are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third-party websites and services, are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and do not endorse them. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.
24. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms or any Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"). Force Majeure Events include, without limitation, natural disasters, fire, flood, storms, epidemics and pandemics, public health measures, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, government action, sanctions, embargoes, changes in law, strikes and other industrial action (whether or not involving our own staff), failures or delays of carriers, postal operators, customs authorities, fulfillment partners, warehouses or suppliers, shortages of raw materials, packaging or transport capacity, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, power failures, cyber attacks, and failures of hosting providers, payment processors or other service providers.
If a Force Majeure Event affects the performance of our obligations, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will take reasonable steps to limit its effect. If the event continues for an extended period, we or you may cancel the affected Order by notice, in which case we will refund any amount you have paid for Products that have not been delivered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we have no further liability in connection with the cancellation.
25. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time, for example to reflect changes in the law, changes in our Products, services, payment methods or fulfillment arrangements, or changes in our business practices. The amended terms will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. The version of these terms that applies to an Order is the version published at the moment you submit that Order. Changes do not apply retrospectively to Contracts already formed, unless the change is required by law. Your continued use of the Website after amended terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms for future use and future Orders.
26. Communications and notices
You agree that communications relating to your Orders, your account and these terms may be sent to you electronically, by email to the address you provided or through notices on the Website, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date and to check your spam or junk folder for messages from us.
Any notice you wish to give us under these terms, including any complaint, request, notice of withdrawal or legal claim, must be sent by email to support@purechemcosmetics.com and should include your full name, order number where relevant, and a clear description of the matter. A notice is deemed received by us when it arrives in our inbox, except that a notice arriving outside normal business hours is deemed received on the next business day. A notice sent by us by email is deemed received by you when it is sent to the email address you have provided, unless we receive a delivery failure message.
Marketing communications are governed by our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.
27. Assignment and subcontracting
We may transfer, assign, subcontract or otherwise deal with any of our rights or obligations under these terms or any Contract to another person, including to a fulfillment partner, a payment processor, an affiliated company or a purchaser of all or part of our business, provided that this does not adversely affect your rights under these terms or under mandatory law. You may not transfer, assign or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations under these terms or any Contract without our prior written consent.
28. Severability
If any provision of these terms, or any part of a provision, is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision or part is deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision or part is deemed deleted. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms are not affected.
29. No waiver
If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, this does not mean that we have waived our rights against you and does not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. A waiver by us of any default is effective only if it is in writing and does not constitute a waiver of any later default.
30. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the policies referred to in section 1 and the information shown at checkout and in the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to their subject matter and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing. You acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, you have not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than those expressly set out in these terms, in the policies referred to in section 1 and in the Product information on the Website. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
31. Third-party rights
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce any of its provisions, except that the persons named in section 19 may rely on the indemnity in that section and on the exclusions and limitations of liability in section 18 that are expressed to benefit them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a Product, an Order, the Website or our service, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com with your name, order number and a description of the complaint, together with any photos or documents that may help us understand the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it fairly and as quickly as possible. Most matters can be resolved by contacting us directly, and we ask that you allow us the opportunity to do so before taking any other step.
33. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between you and us in connection with these terms, the Website or any Order, both parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com. A party wishing to raise a dispute should send a written description of the dispute and the outcome sought, and the parties should allow a reasonable period for discussion before starting formal proceedings, unless urgent relief is required or a limitation period is about to expire.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution procedure available in your country. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures unless mandatory law requires it, but we will consider in good faith any request to do so. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before the courts that have jurisdiction under mandatory consumer law, or from complaining to a consumer protection authority.
34. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, every Contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Subject to the next paragraph, the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States, have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, any Contract or their subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer, the choice of law in this section does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. If you are a consumer and the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country, or provides that proceedings against you may only be brought in those courts, you retain that right and the exclusive jurisdiction clause above does not apply to you to that extent.
35. Language and interpretation
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation of these terms, the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In these terms, headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words such as "including", "include", "in particular" and "for example" are illustrative and do not limit the general words that precede them. References to writing include email. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
36. Survival
Any provision of these terms that by its nature is intended to survive the termination or expiry of a Contract or the closure of your account, including the provisions relating to payment, title and risk, intellectual property, user content, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution, continues in force after termination, expiry or closure.
37. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, about an Order, or about any other matter relating to the Website, please contact us by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com. Our postal address for formal correspondence is Notel LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida. Please note that email is our only customer contact channel and that requests sent by email will be handled most efficiently.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Notel LLC, whose address is 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data when you visit the website purechemcosmetics.com (the "Website"), create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the rights you have in relation to your personal data and how you can exercise them.
"Personal data" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. "Processing" means anything done with personal data, including collecting, recording, storing, using, disclosing, transferring and deleting it. Where we refer to "data protection law", we mean the laws that apply to our processing of your personal data, which for customers in the European Union and the European Economic Area includes the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR") and related national laws, and for customers elsewhere includes the data protection and privacy laws of their country, to the extent they apply to us.
This policy should be read together with our Cookie Policy, which explains in more detail how we use cookies, pixels and similar technologies, and with our Terms of Service. It does not apply to websites, apps or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from the Website. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you read them.
2. Who is responsible for your data
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data described in this policy is Notel LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida. As controller, we decide why and how your personal data is processed.
If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, or if you want to exercise any of your rights, you can contact us by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com. Email is our only contact channel for privacy matters. To help us handle your request, please write "Privacy" in the subject line and describe your request as clearly as possible.
Some of the service providers we work with process personal data on our behalf as processors, following our instructions. Others, such as payment providers and advertising platforms, may act as independent controllers or as joint controllers with us for certain processing activities. Where this is the case, we explain it in the relevant section below, and the third party's own privacy policy also applies to its processing.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the Website, and from third parties. The types of data we collect depend on how you interact with us.
Data you give us directly includes your identity and contact data, such as your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address, which you provide when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. If you create an account, we collect your login credentials, with your password stored in a protected form. When you place an order, we collect order data, such as the products you buy, their quantities and prices, the discounts applied, the shipping method chosen, the total amount, and any notes or delivery instructions you add. When you contact us, we collect the content of your messages and any attachments you send, such as photos of a product or its packaging submitted with a complaint or a return request. If you submit a review, rating, comment or photo, we collect that content together with the name or username you choose to display. If you take part in a promotion, survey or competition, we collect the information you provide for that purpose.
We do not intentionally collect information about your health. However, you may choose to tell us about allergies, skin conditions, reactions to a product or other health related matters, for example when you ask a question about a product or report a reaction. If you do so, we will process that information only to respond to you and handle your request, complaint or claim, and only on the basis described in section 5. Please share only what is necessary.
Payment data is collected by our payment processor, Stripe, and not by us. When you pay, your card number, security code and other payment credentials are entered directly into Stripe's systems. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as the payment status, the payment method type, the card brand, the last four digits of the card, the expiry date, the country of the card, and information relating to fraud risk assessments and refunds.
Data collected automatically when you use the Website includes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language settings, time zone, screen resolution and referring website; usage data, such as the pages you visit, the products you view, the items you add to your cart, the time spent on pages, the links you click, your navigation path through the Website, and whether you complete or abandon a purchase; and approximate location derived from your IP address. Some of this data is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, as described in section 9 and in our Cookie Policy. Where required by law, these technologies are only used with your consent.
Data we receive from third parties includes delivery status and tracking information from our fulfillment partners and carriers; payment status and fraud signals from Stripe; information about the effectiveness of our advertising from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok, generally in aggregated or pseudonymised form; email engagement data from our email marketing service provider, such as whether you opened a newsletter or clicked a link; and, if you interact with our pages or advertisements on social media, information made available to us by the relevant platform in accordance with your settings on that platform.
4. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data for the following purposes.
To process and fulfil your orders. This includes accepting and confirming your order, processing payment, carrying out fraud checks, passing the necessary information to our manufacturing and fulfillment partner and to carriers so that your order can be packed and delivered, sending you order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking information, handling failed deliveries, and processing cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements and complaints.
To create and manage your account. This includes registering you, allowing you to log in, showing your order history, saving your addresses and preferences, and keeping your account secure.
To communicate with you. This includes answering your questions and requests, sending you service messages about your orders, your account, changes to our terms or policies, and product safety notices, and requesting feedback or reviews about products you have purchased, where permitted by law.
To send you marketing. If you have opted in, we use your email address and your name to send you our newsletter, which may include information about new products, offers, discounts, promotions and content we think may interest you. We may personalise the content of our emails based on your purchase history and on how you interact with our emails and the Website.
To advertise to you and measure our advertising. Where you have consented, we use cookies and pixels from Meta, Google and TikTok to show you advertisements on those platforms that are relevant to you, including advertisements for products you viewed on the Website, to build audiences of people who have visited the Website or who resemble our customers, and to measure how many people saw or clicked our advertisements and how many went on to make a purchase.
To analyse and improve the Website and our business. This includes understanding how visitors use the Website, which pages and products are popular, where visitors leave the checkout, and how our marketing performs, in order to improve the Website, our product range, our offers and our customer service.
To prevent fraud and keep the Website secure. This includes verifying orders and payments, detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions, misuse of discount codes and abuse of the returns process, protecting the Website and our systems against attacks, and investigating suspicious activity.
To comply with our legal obligations. This includes keeping accounting and tax records, responding to requests from authorities, handling product safety matters and recalls, and responding to requests from you to exercise your rights under data protection law.
To establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This includes handling chargebacks and payment disputes, collecting amounts owed to us, and dealing with complaints, disputes and legal proceedings.
To manage changes in our business. If we sell, transfer or reorganise all or part of our business or assets, we may process personal data as part of the due diligence and transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we must have a legal basis for each processing activity. We rely on the following legal bases.
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process your personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. This applies to processing your orders, payment, fulfillment and delivery, handling returns and refunds, managing your account and sending you service communications about your orders and your account. If you do not provide the data we need for these purposes, we will not be able to process your order or create your account.
Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We process your personal data where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that applies to us, such as keeping accounting and tax records, responding to lawful requests from public authorities, handling product safety obligations, and responding to requests to exercise your data protection rights.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process your personal data where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. Our legitimate interests include running and growing our online shop, preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the Website and our systems secure, understanding how our products and services are used, improving our offering and customer service, handling complaints and disputes, establishing and defending legal claims, and, where permitted by law without consent, sending existing customers marketing emails about similar products. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, as explained in section 12.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We rely on your consent to send you our newsletter where you have opted in, and to use non-essential cookies, pixels and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by changing your cookie settings on the Website, or by contacting us.
Special category data. If you voluntarily share information about your health with us, for example when reporting a reaction to a product, we process that information only where you have given your explicit consent by providing it for the purpose of your request (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 9(2)(f) GDPR).
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The period for which we keep particular data depends on the type of data and the purpose of processing.
Order data, invoices and related transaction records are kept for as long as required by the tax and accounting laws that apply to us. Data relating to complaints, returns, refunds, chargebacks and disputes is kept until the matter is resolved and for as long afterwards as is necessary to deal with any claims that may arise, having regard to applicable limitation periods. Account data is kept for as long as your account remains open. If you close your account, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period, we delete or anonymise your account data, except for data we must keep for legal reasons or to deal with outstanding matters. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not send you marketing again, unless you ask us to delete it entirely and we are not required to keep it. Correspondence with customer support is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up questions or claims. Data collected through cookies and similar technologies is kept for the periods described in our Cookie Policy and in the settings of the relevant providers. Data relating to suspected fraud may be kept for longer where this is necessary to prevent future fraud and to defend legal claims.
When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you. Where this is not technically possible immediately, for example because data is stored in backups, we isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data in exchange for money. We share personal data only with the recipients described below, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful. Our products are manufactured, packed and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful. To fulfil your order, we share with Supliful your name, shipping address, contact details (such as your email address and, where provided, telephone number) and the contents of your order. Supliful uses this data to pack and ship your order, to generate shipping labels, to hand parcels over to carriers, to provide tracking information, and to handle returns sent to its facilities. Supliful may engage its own warehouses and logistics providers in different locations for this purpose. Other third-party fulfillment partners that we may engage from time to time receive the same categories of data for the same purposes.
Carriers and postal operators. Carriers that deliver your parcels receive your name, delivery address and, where needed for delivery, your telephone number and email address, either from us or from our fulfillment partners. Carriers may contact you to arrange delivery and may process your data under their own privacy policies. For shipments to destinations outside the customs territory of origin, carriers and customs brokers may also receive information required for customs declarations, such as the contents and value of the parcel.
Payment provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment data you enter at checkout, together with order and customer data needed to process the payment, prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations. Stripe acts as an independent controller for certain processing, including fraud prevention and compliance with its regulatory obligations. Stripe's privacy policy explains how it uses personal data.
Hosting and technology providers. Our hosting provider stores and serves the Website and the data processed through it. Other technology providers that help us operate the shop, such as e-commerce platform, database, security, customer support and email delivery providers, process personal data on our behalf to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.
Email marketing service provider. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address, name, subscription status, preferences and engagement data are processed by our email marketing service provider, which sends emails on our behalf and records whether emails are delivered, opened and clicked.
Analytics and advertising providers. Where you have consented, Google (Google Analytics), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram, through the Meta Pixel) and TikTok (through the TikTok Pixel) receive technical and usage data about your visit to the Website, such as your IP address, device information, the pages you visit, the products you view and the purchases you make, together with identifiers stored in cookies. For some features, such as matching website events with platform users or building custom audiences, we may share your email address or telephone number in hashed form, which means converted into a code that cannot be read but can be matched with data held by the platform. For certain processing, such as the collection of data through pixels and its transmission to the platform, we and the platform may be joint controllers. The platforms then use the data as independent controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies, including to deliver and measure advertising and to improve their services.
Professional advisers. We may share personal data with our lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers where necessary for them to provide their services to us.
Authorities and other third parties where required by law. We may disclose personal data to courts, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, regulators and other public authorities where we are required to do so by law, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a lawful request.
Business transfers. If we sell, transfer or merge all or part of our business or assets, personal data may be disclosed to the prospective buyer or successor, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, and may be transferred as part of the transaction. The recipient will be bound to use the data in a way consistent with this policy.
Where service providers process personal data on our behalf as processors, we require them by contract to process the data only on our instructions, to keep it confidential and secure, and to comply with data protection law.
8. International transfers
Your personal data may be processed outside the country in which you live. In particular, some of our service providers, including Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, Supliful and other technology providers, are located in or process data in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, including the United States. These countries may not offer the same level of data protection as the country in which you live.
When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised by data protection law. These include transfers to recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its United Kingdom and Swiss extensions where applicable, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and other mechanisms permitted by law. Where necessary, we assess whether additional measures are required to protect the data. In some cases, a transfer may be necessary for the performance of a contract with you, for example where your order is fulfilled from a location outside the European Economic Area.
You can obtain more information about the safeguards we rely on for international transfers by contacting us at support@purechemcosmetics.com.
9. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies on the Website. Some are strictly necessary for the Website to work, for example to keep items in your cart, remember your cookie choices and allow you to complete checkout securely. Others are used for analytics and advertising and are only placed or activated with your consent where the law requires it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited the Website. We use the TikTok Pixel for the same purposes on TikTok. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on the checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown when you first visit the Website, and you can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link on the Website. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Full details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails, including our newsletter, only if you have opted in, or, where the law allows it, if you are an existing customer and have not objected to receiving marketing about similar products. You can opt in by ticking the relevant box or submitting your email address in a newsletter sign-up form. Where required, we may ask you to confirm your subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email.
Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or by writing to support@purechemcosmetics.com. Unsubscribing is free of charge, apart from the cost of transmitting the message in accordance with your provider's basic tariffs. After you unsubscribe, it may take a short time for the change to take effect across all of our systems. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages that we need to send you about your orders or your account.
We measure how recipients interact with our emails, for example whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, using technologies such as tracking pixels and unique links. We use this information to improve our emails and to tailor content to your interests. You can limit this measurement by disabling the automatic loading of images in your email client.
Advertising on social media platforms based on your visits to the Website is controlled by your cookie choices on the Website and by the advertising settings in your accounts on those platforms.
11. Automated decision-making and profiling
We use some automated tools to analyse personal data, for example to segment newsletter subscribers according to their interests and purchase history, to show advertisements to people who have visited the Website, and to assess the fraud risk of orders. Fraud screening may be carried out by Stripe using automated systems. If an order is flagged as high risk, it may be held for manual review or cancelled. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, except where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards. If you believe that an automated decision has affected you, you can contact us and ask for human review, express your point of view and contest the decision.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you have rights in relation to your personal data. If the GDPR applies, you have the following rights.
You have the right of access, which means you can ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data and to provide you with a copy of that data, together with information about how and why we process it.
You have the right to rectification, which means you can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data and to complete incomplete data. You can also update many of your details yourself through your account.
You have the right to erasure, which means you can ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances, for example where it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing. This right is not absolute. We may need to keep certain data to comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You have the right to restriction of processing, which means you can ask us to limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while we verify the accuracy of data you have contested.
You have the right to data portability, which means you can ask us to provide personal data you have given us, which we process by automated means on the basis of your consent or a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right to object, which means you can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for legal claims. You have an absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including profiling related to direct marketing. If you object, we will stop using your data for that purpose.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider contacting us before you go to an authority.
Depending on your place of residence, you may have additional or different rights under local law, for example the right to know what categories of personal data are disclosed to third parties, the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data as those terms are defined in certain laws, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Where such laws apply to us, we will honour these rights. You can opt out of targeted advertising by rejecting advertising cookies in the cookie settings on the Website and, where your browser sends a recognised opt-out preference signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out where the law requires us to do so.
To exercise any of your rights, please email support@purechemcosmetics.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, for example by asking you to confirm information associated with your account or orders, and we may ask for additional information where necessary to verify your request. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. Under the GDPR this is generally one month from receipt of the request, which may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in which case we will inform you of the extension. Exercising your rights is generally free of charge. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request, as permitted by law.
13. Children
The Website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16, or under the age of digital consent that applies in your country if that is different, and you must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com and we will take steps to delete the data.
14. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. These measures include encryption of data in transit using secure connections, the use of reputable service providers with appropriate security standards, the processing of card payments by Stripe so that full card numbers are not stored on our systems, access controls that limit access to personal data to persons who need it, and the protection of account passwords. We review our measures regularly in light of technological developments.
No method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data electronically is completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential, for using a strong password that you do not use for other services, and for logging out of your account on shared devices. If you believe that your account or your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@purechemcosmetics.com.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required by law, inform you without undue delay.
15. Links to other websites and social media
The Website may contain links to other websites and to our profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. When you follow those links or interact with our content on those platforms, the operator of the relevant website or platform may collect personal data about you under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Where we operate a page on a social media platform, we may be jointly responsible with the platform operator for certain processing, such as the statistics the platform provides to us about visitors to our page. In such cases the platform operator's terms on joint controllership and its privacy policy apply, and you can exercise your rights with the platform operator directly.
16. Accuracy of your data
We rely on you to provide accurate and complete personal data and to keep it up to date. Please check your contact and delivery details carefully at checkout and update your account when your details change. Incorrect delivery information may lead to failed deliveries, and the consequences described in our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy then apply.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, in our processing activities, in the service providers we use, or in our business. The updated policy will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will take additional steps to inform you, for example by email or by a notice on the Website, and where required by law we will ask for your consent. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
18. Contact
If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, please contact us by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com. You can also write to us at Notel LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida. Email is the quickest way to reach us, and all privacy requests are handled through that channel.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how we, the operator of the Website named in our Legal Notice ("we", "us" or "our"), use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies on the website purechemcosmetics.com (the "Website"). It describes what these technologies are, which categories we use, why we use them, which third parties are involved, and how you can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent to their use.
This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we process personal data, the legal bases we rely on, how long we keep data, who we share it with, how we handle international transfers, and the rights you have. Where information collected through cookies and similar technologies constitutes personal data, the Privacy Policy applies to it in full.
If you have any questions about this policy or our use of cookies, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com, which is our only contact channel for these matters.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, phone or other device when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device on later page views or visits and to remember information about your visit, such as the contents of your shopping cart, your preferences, or the fact that you have already seen a notice. Cookies can be read by the website that placed them and, in the case of third-party cookies, by the third party that set them.
Cookies may be first-party or third-party. First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting, in this case purechemcosmetics.com. Third-party cookies are set by a different domain, for example by an analytics or advertising provider whose code runs on the Website.
Cookies may also be session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period, or until you delete them, and allow the website or the third party to recognise your device on subsequent visits.
Similar technologies work in comparable ways. A pixel, also called a tag, web beacon or tracking pixel, is a small piece of code or a tiny invisible image embedded in a web page or an email. When the page or email is loaded, the pixel sends information to a server, such as the fact that the page was viewed, the time of the view, the device and browser used, and identifiers stored in cookies. Local storage and session storage are areas of your browser in which websites can store information, similar to cookies but with larger capacity. Software development kits, scripts and device identifiers serve similar purposes. In this policy we use the term "cookies" to refer to all of these technologies, unless the context requires otherwise.
3. Why we use cookies
We use cookies for four main reasons. First, to make the Website work, for example to keep the products you add to your cart while you browse, to keep you logged in to your account, to process your checkout and payment securely, to protect the Website against fraud and attacks, and to remember the choices you make in our cookie banner. Second, to remember your preferences, such as your language or region, so that you do not have to enter them again. Third, to understand how visitors use the Website, which pages and products are viewed, how visitors arrive at the Website and where they leave it, so that we can improve the Website, our product range and our service. Fourth, to advertise our products on other platforms, to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited the Website, and to measure how effective our advertising is.
4. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the Website to function and to provide services you have expressly requested, such as adding products to your cart, logging in to your account, completing checkout, making a secure payment and storing your cookie preferences. They also include cookies used for security, load balancing and fraud prevention. Without these cookies, the Website or parts of it would not work properly. Because they are necessary, they do not require your consent under the laws that apply in the European Union and in many other countries, and they cannot be switched off in our cookie settings. You can block them through your browser settings, but if you do, parts of the Website, including the cart and checkout, may not work.
Preference cookies. These cookies allow the Website to remember choices you make, such as your preferred language or region, and to provide enhanced, more personal features. Where these cookies are not strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested, we use them only with your consent.
Analytics cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are visited most often, how long visitors stay on a page, how they navigate between pages, which products are viewed and added to the cart, whether visitors complete a purchase, and whether they encounter errors. The information is used to compile reports and to help us improve the Website. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
Marketing and advertising cookies. These cookies and pixels are used to track visitors across websites and platforms in order to display advertisements that are relevant and engaging to the individual user, to limit the number of times you see an advertisement, to build audiences for advertising campaigns, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising, for example by recording whether a person who clicked an advertisement went on to buy a product on the Website. We use the Meta Pixel (for advertising on Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel (for advertising on TikTok) for these purposes. Marketing and advertising cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
5. Third-party technologies we use
Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Website, such as the pages you visit, the time you spend on them, the device and browser you use, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the website from which you arrived. Google Analytics typically sets first-party cookies whose names begin with "_ga". The information is transmitted to Google, which processes it on our behalf to provide us with reports on Website activity. Google may also use the information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. Where available, we use settings that limit the data collected, such as IP address truncation or equivalent features offered by Google. You can find more information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services in Google's privacy policy and related pages.
Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel is a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to understand the actions people take on the Website after seeing or clicking our advertisements, and to show advertisements to people who have visited the Website or who resemble our customers. When you visit the Website with the Meta Pixel active, information such as the pages you view, the products you view or add to your cart, purchases you make, your IP address, browser information and identifiers stored in cookies (such as the "_fbp" cookie) is sent to Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one and are logged in or recognised. For some features, we may also send hashed contact information, such as your email address, to Meta to improve the matching of website events. For the collection and transmission of data through the Meta Pixel, we and Meta may be joint controllers. Meta then processes the data as an independent controller in accordance with its own data policy, which also explains how you can control the advertisements you see on Meta's platforms.
TikTok Pixel. The TikTok Pixel is a piece of code provided by TikTok that works in a similar way to the Meta Pixel. It allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on TikTok, to understand the actions people take on the Website after seeing or clicking our advertisements, and to show advertisements to people who have visited the Website. When the TikTok Pixel is active, information such as the pages you view, the products you view or add to your cart, purchases you make, your IP address, browser information and identifiers stored in cookies (such as the "_ttp" cookie) is sent to TikTok. We may also send hashed contact information to TikTok to improve the matching of events. TikTok processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which explains how you can control the advertisements you see on TikTok.
Stripe. Our payment processor, Stripe, uses cookies and similar technologies on the checkout and payment pages to process payments, remember your session, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with its legal obligations. These cookies are strictly necessary for secure payment and are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.
Email marketing service. Our email marketing service provider may use pixels and unique links in our marketing emails to record whether an email was delivered and opened and which links were clicked. Where you have subscribed to our newsletter, the sign-up forms on the Website may also use cookies or local storage to remember that you have already subscribed or closed a sign-up form, so that it is not shown to you repeatedly. You can limit the tracking of email opens by disabling the automatic loading of images in your email client.
Hosting and platform providers. Our hosting provider and the technical platform on which the Website runs may set strictly necessary cookies for security, performance and the proper delivery of the Website.
The exact names, number and duration of cookies set by third parties are determined by those third parties and may change over time. The cookie settings tool on the Website shows the categories of cookies in use, and the third-party providers' own documentation provides further details on the cookies they set and how long they last.
6. Your consent and the cookie banner
When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner asks for your consent to the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose which categories you accept. Until you make a choice, we do not place or activate non-essential cookies, except where the law of your country allows us to do so on another basis. Your choice is stored in a strictly necessary cookie so that we can respect it on future visits.
You can change your choices or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie settings through the link provided on the Website, usually in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. If you withdraw consent, cookies that have already been placed may remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them through your browser, but they will no longer be used to collect new information through the Website.
If you clear your cookies, use a different browser or device, or use private browsing mode, your choices may not be remembered and the cookie banner may be shown again.
7. Managing cookies through your browser and device
In addition to our cookie settings, most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can usually set your browser to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, delete cookies when you close the browser, or notify you when a cookie is set. You can also delete cookies that are already stored on your device. The way to do this varies between browsers and is usually explained in the help section of your browser. Please note that if you block all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, parts of the Website, including the cart, the account area and the checkout, may not work properly.
Some browsers and devices offer additional privacy features, such as tracking protection, limits on the duration of cookies, or settings that restrict the use of advertising identifiers on mobile devices. Where your browser sends a recognised opt-out preference signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies where the law requires us to do so.
You can also control the advertisements you see on social media platforms through the advertising settings in your accounts with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. Google offers a browser add-on that allows you to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics. Industry opt-out tools may also be available in your region. Using these tools may not prevent all advertising, but advertisements you see may be less relevant to your interests.
8. Cookies in emails
Our marketing emails may contain pixels and tracked links that allow us to know whether an email was opened and whether links in it were clicked. This information helps us understand which content is of interest to our subscribers and improve our communications. We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in or, where the law allows, to existing customers who have not objected. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can prevent email open tracking by disabling the automatic loading of images in your email client.
9. How long cookies remain on your device
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for the period set by the party that placed them, which may range from a few minutes to several months or longer, or until you delete them earlier. Strictly necessary cookies are generally kept only for as long as needed to provide the relevant function, such as your session, your cart or the storage of your cookie choices. Analytics and advertising cookies set by third parties have durations determined by those third parties. The data collected through cookies is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, in the case of third parties, in accordance with their own retention policies and the settings available to us.
10. International transfers
Some of the third parties whose cookies and similar technologies are used on the Website, including Google, Meta, TikTok and Stripe, are located in or process data in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where personal data collected through cookies is transferred to such countries, we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
11. Your rights
To the extent that information collected through cookies is personal data, you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings on the Website. Where third parties act as independent controllers, such as Meta or TikTok for their own advertising purposes, you can also exercise your rights directly with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove technologies, when third-party providers change how their technologies work, or when the law changes. The updated policy will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Where a change requires new consent, we will ask you for it through the cookie banner.
13. Contact
If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy or our use of cookies and similar technologies, please contact us by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com. Our postal address is listed in our Legal Notice.
Shipping Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on purechemcosmetics.com (the "Website") are processed, packed, shipped and delivered, what you can expect in terms of shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates, and what happens when something goes wrong in transit. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Website named in our Legal Notice.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them, with our Returns and Refunds Policy and with our Privacy Policy. Where this policy uses a capitalised term that is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live, and every provision of this policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you have any question about the shipping of your order, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com, which is our only customer contact channel. Please include your order number in every message so that we can find your order quickly.
2. Who manufactures, packs and ships your order
Our products are manufactured, packed and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful, which acts on our behalf. When you place an order on the Website, the order is transmitted to Supliful, which prepares the products, packs the parcel, creates the shipping label and hands the parcel over to the carrier. To do this, Supliful receives your name, shipping address, contact details and the contents of your order. How Supliful and other recipients process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Supliful may use warehouses and logistics facilities in different locations, and we may also work with other third-party fulfillment partners from time to time. The location from which a particular product is shipped depends on factors such as stock availability, the type of product and the destination country. As a result, the origin of your parcel may differ from one order to another, and different products in the same order may be shipped from different locations.
Although your order is physically handled by our fulfillment partner, your contract of sale is with us, and you should contact us, not the fulfillment partner, with any question or problem relating to your order.
3. Where we ship
Our customers are mainly located in the European Union, but we may ship to other countries as well. The countries to which we currently ship are the countries you can select as a delivery destination at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship to it at the moment. We may add or remove destination countries at any time without notice, and we may refuse or cancel orders to particular destinations or addresses where we or our fulfillment partner are unable to deliver, where delivery would be disproportionately costly or unreliable, or where import of the products into the destination country is restricted.
We are not able to deliver to certain types of address in all cases, for example to some post office boxes, military addresses, temporary addresses or forwarding services. Where a carrier does not deliver to a particular type of address, we may cancel the order and refund the amount you paid.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and used in your destination country. The rules on cosmetics and dietary supplements differ between countries. If a parcel is held, returned or destroyed by customs or another authority because of local import rules, the consequences described in section 9 apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times
The shipping methods available for your delivery address, the cost of each method and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you submit your order. The shipping method you choose, its cost and the estimated delivery time are also repeated in the order confirmation that we send you by email. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of factors such as the destination, the shipping method and the contents of your order, and are added to the price of the products. Any promotional free shipping offer applies only under the conditions stated in the offer.
The delivery times shown at checkout and in the order confirmation are estimates. They are based on the usual handling time of our fulfillment partner and the usual transit times of the carrier for the destination, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be longer, in particular during peak periods such as sales events and holidays, when carriers and fulfillment partners handle higher volumes, when the parcel must go through customs, when severe weather or other disruptions affect transport, or when the address provided is incomplete or incorrect. Unless we have expressly agreed a fixed delivery date with you in writing, a delivery date is not a binding commitment and time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract.
Days on which carriers do not collect or deliver parcels, such as weekends and public holidays in the country of dispatch or destination, are generally not counted in handling and transit times.
5. Order processing
After you place your order, it goes through payment verification and, where applicable, fraud prevention checks. Some orders may be held for additional review, and we may contact you to ask for information. Orders are passed to our fulfillment partner once they have been accepted. Because orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partner quickly after acceptance, we may not be able to change the delivery address, change the products or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com as soon as possible, and we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.
If a product in your order is unexpectedly out of stock or cannot be supplied, we will inform you by email and may offer you the choice of waiting for the product to become available, receiving a suitable alternative where one exists, or a refund of the amount paid for that product. If you do not reply within the time we indicate, we may refund the affected product and ship the rest of the order.
6. Split shipments
Because products may be shipped from different warehouse locations or by different fulfillment partners, an order containing several products may be delivered in more than one parcel. The parcels may arrive on different days and may be handled by different carriers. Each parcel may have its own tracking number, and you may receive more than one shipping notification. A split shipment does not mean that items are missing from your order. If you have received some parcels but not others, please wait until all tracking numbers show the parcels as delivered, or until the estimated delivery time has passed, before contacting us about missing items.
Unless we inform you otherwise, a split shipment does not change the shipping costs you paid at checkout, and you will not be charged extra because we have chosen to send your order in several parcels.
7. Shipping confirmation and tracking
When your order, or part of it, has been handed over to the carrier, we or our fulfillment partner will send you a shipping notification by email. Where the shipping method includes tracking, the notification will contain a tracking number or a link to follow your parcel. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not update in real time. It is common for tracking to show no movement for some time, particularly during international transit and customs clearance. A lack of tracking updates does not on its own mean that a parcel is lost.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive shipping notifications. If you have not received a shipping notification within the period you would reasonably expect from the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com.
8. Delivery address and your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout, including your full name, street name and house number, apartment or unit number, building name, postal code, city and country, and any access codes or delivery instructions needed. Where the carrier requires it, you should also provide a telephone number at which you can be reached. Please check your address carefully before submitting your order. We and our fulfillment partner ship to the address you provide and are not able to verify that it is correct.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address you provided was incorrect, incomplete or outdated, or if a parcel is returned to sender for that reason, any re-shipment is made at your cost. In that case we will contact you, and once you have confirmed the correct address and paid the new shipping charge, we will arrange re-shipment. If you do not respond, or if you prefer not to have the parcel re-shipped, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, refund the price of the products less the original shipping cost, the cost of the return to sender and any other costs we have incurred. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.
You are also responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel, or that it can be delivered safely, and for collecting the parcel from a pick-up point, parcel locker or post office within the period set by the carrier if delivery to your address is not possible. Parcels that are not collected within that period are usually returned to sender. The rules in the previous paragraph apply to parcels returned because they were not collected or because delivery was refused.
If you have instructed the carrier to leave the parcel in a particular place, with a neighbour or at a safe place, or if you have authorised delivery without signature, the parcel is considered delivered when the carrier leaves it as instructed, and we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.
9. Customs duties and import taxes
If you order products for delivery to a country outside the customs territory from which the parcel is shipped, for example outside the European Union where the parcel ships from within it, or into the European Union where the parcel ships from outside it, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, import VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees and other charges levied by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier for handling customs formalities. Where these charges apply, they are your responsibility. They are not included in the product prices or shipping costs shown on the Website, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, and they are usually payable to the carrier or the authority before the parcel is released to you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will apply or how much they will be, because they depend on the rules of the destination country, the value and contents of the parcel and the practices of the carrier. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the customs authority of your country before ordering.
If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes, or if your parcel is held, returned or destroyed by customs because of import restrictions, missing information you were asked to provide, or your refusal to complete customs formalities, we are not obliged to refund the charges, the shipping costs or the costs of returning the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us or to our fulfillment partner, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, refund the price of the products less the original shipping cost, the return costs and any charges we have incurred. If the parcel is destroyed or not returned, we are not obliged to refund the price of the products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Title and risk in transit
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment, including shipping costs. Risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when the products are handed over to the carrier, as far as the law allows. If you are a consumer and the law of your country provides that risk passes only when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products, risk passes at that later moment instead. Our Terms of Service contain further provisions on title and risk.
11. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, postal operators, customs authorities or other third parties, or by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, high parcel volumes, or the failure of systems operated by third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking information. If the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier.
Where you are a consumer and mandatory law gives you the right to set an additional period for delivery and then terminate the contract if the products are not delivered within that period, that right is not affected by this policy.
12. Lost parcels
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, other members of your household, your building's reception or mail room, and any safe place where the carrier may have left it, and check the carrier's notifications for a pick-up point or collection notice. If you still cannot find the parcel, contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com within a reasonable time, and in any case without undue delay, so that we can open an investigation with the carrier, which usually has strict deadlines for claims.
If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, or if the parcel has not arrived well after the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we can check its status with our fulfillment partner and the carrier. Carriers often need some time to complete an investigation, and a parcel can only be treated as lost once the carrier has confirmed this or the investigation period has ended.
We may ask you to provide information or to sign a declaration confirming that you have not received the parcel. Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit while still at our risk, we will, at our option, send a replacement or refund the price of the affected products and the related shipping cost. Where a parcel is shown as delivered to the address you provided, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, decline to provide a replacement or refund, in particular where the carrier's records confirm delivery.
13. Damaged parcels and wrong or missing items
Please inspect your parcel and its contents as soon as you receive it. If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend that you note this with the carrier at the time of delivery, where possible, and photograph the parcel before opening it.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or leaking, if you have received the wrong product, or if a product is missing from a parcel, you must report it to us at support@purechemcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product, its packaging and the shipping box, including the shipping label. This allows us to make claims against carriers and our fulfillment partner within their deadlines. After we have reviewed your report, we will, at our option, send a replacement or refund the affected product together with the shipping cost attributable to it, and tell you whether the product should be returned or disposed of. Please do not send products back without first receiving instructions from us.
The 48-hour reporting period applies to the commercial procedure we offer for transport damage, wrong items and missing items. It does not shorten or exclude any statutory rights you have as a consumer in relation to products that do not conform to the contract, which remain available to you within the periods provided by mandatory law. Our Returns and Refunds Policy contains further information.
14. Refused deliveries and unclaimed parcels
If you refuse to accept a parcel that was correctly addressed and in good condition, or if you fail to collect it from the carrier, the parcel will usually be returned to sender. Refusing a delivery is not a valid way to return products or cancel an order. If you wish to return products, please follow the procedure in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Where a parcel is returned to sender because delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, the rules set out in section 8 apply, and we may deduct the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any other costs we have incurred from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Packaging
Products are packed by our fulfillment partner in packaging intended to protect them during normal transit. Packaging may vary depending on the warehouse location, the products ordered and the carrier. Products may be shipped in their retail packaging inside a shipping box or envelope. Please dispose of packaging in accordance with the recycling rules in your area. For hygiene and safety reasons, please keep products sealed until you are ready to use them, since opened or unsealed products cannot be returned except where they are faulty or wrong.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time, for example to reflect changes in our fulfillment arrangements, carriers, destinations or the law. The updated policy will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed the order.
17. Contact
For any question about shipping or delivery, please email support@purechemcosmetics.com and include your order number. Our postal address is listed in our Legal Notice. Please do not send parcels to that address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Scope of this policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy explains when and how you can return products bought on purechemcosmetics.com (the "Website"), which products cannot be returned, how to report damaged, defective or wrong items, and how and when refunds are made. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Website named in our Legal Notice.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them and with our Shipping Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or waives any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts and any statutory rights in relation to products that do not conform to the contract. Every provision of this policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any part of this policy would give you less than your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
All return and refund requests must be made by email to support@purechemcosmetics.com, which is our only customer contact channel. Please include your order number in every message.
2. Why we apply strict hygiene rules
We sell peptide skincare and cosmetic products, including serums, creams, cleansers, eye care, masks, hair care and sets, and dietary supplements, including capsules, gummies, powders and strips. These are products that are applied to the skin, hair or eye area or taken by mouth. Once a product has been opened, unsealed or used, we and our fulfillment partner have no way of confirming that it has not been contaminated, tampered with, stored in unsuitable conditions or exposed to heat, light or air. For this reason, such products cannot be resold or redistributed, and we do not accept them back, except where they were faulty or not the product you ordered.
This approach protects every customer, because it ensures that each product you receive comes to you sealed and has not been handled by another customer. It reflects the exception recognised in consumer law for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
3. Return period and conditions
You may return products within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have designated other than the carrier, received the products. Where your order was delivered in several parcels, the 14-day period runs from the day on which you received the last parcel of the order, or, for products delivered separately, from the delivery of each product, as provided by applicable law.
A product can be returned only if it is unopened and in its original sealed condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, with all seals, shrink wrap, safety seals, caps, tamper-evident strips and protective films intact, unused, undamaged and in a resaleable condition, together with any accessories, leaflets and items included in the original package. Products whose outer packaging has been damaged after delivery in a way that prevents resale may also be refused, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The return conditions apply to all products, including products bought at a reduced price during a sale or promotion, products bought with a volume discount or discount code, and gift sets. Sale items and gift sets follow the same rules as any other product. A gift set or bundle can only be returned as a complete set, with all products in it unopened and sealed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Products that cannot be returned
The following products cannot be returned, except where they are faulty, damaged on delivery or not the product you ordered, as described in section 8: cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery; dietary supplements that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery, including bottles, jars, pouches, blister packs and strip packs whose seal has been broken; products whose hygiene seal, safety seal or protective packaging has been removed or damaged; products that have been tested, sampled or applied, even once; products that have been stored in a way that may affect their quality; and free gifts, samples and promotional items, unless they are returned together with the products with which they were supplied as part of a complete return.
If we receive a return that does not meet the conditions of this policy, we are not obliged to accept it or to issue a refund. In such a case we may, at our option and at your cost, send the product back to you after you have paid the shipping charge, or dispose of it if you do not reply within a reasonable time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. How to return a product
Before you send anything back, you must contact us by email at support@purechemcosmetics.com within the 14-day return period. Please include your order number, the name of each product you wish to return, the quantity, and, if you wish, the reason for the return. Telling us the reason is optional, but it helps us improve our products and service. You may also use the model withdrawal form that is available under the consumer laws of many European Union countries, or any other clear written statement of your decision to return the products, sent to the same email address.
After we have received your request, we will reply with return instructions, including the address to which the products must be sent. Our products are manufactured, packed and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful, and the return address we give you may therefore be the facility of Supliful or of another fulfillment partner acting on our behalf. The return address may differ from the address from which your parcel was shipped and from our postal address. Please use only the return address given to you by our support team for your specific return, since return addresses may change.
You must send the products back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to return them. The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period has expired.
Returns sent without first contacting us, or sent to an address other than the one we provided, may be refused, may not be processed, or may be delayed, and we are not responsible for the loss of such returns. Parcels refused at delivery or not collected are not treated as returns and are dealt with in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
6. Packing and sending the return
You are responsible for packing the products carefully so that they are not damaged in transit. Please place the products, in their original sealed packaging, inside a suitable shipping box with adequate protection. Do not attach labels or tape directly to the product packaging. Please include a note with your order number and name inside the parcel, unless our return instructions say otherwise.
You bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless the product was faulty, damaged on delivery or not the product you ordered. You are free to choose the carrier and shipping method. We recommend that you use a tracked and, where appropriate, insured service and that you keep proof of postage until your refund has been processed, because returns are at your risk until they are received at the return address, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not arrive at the return address, unless you can show proof that it was sent.
If you are returning products from outside the customs territory in which the return address is located, you are responsible for completing any customs formalities required for the return and for paying any duties, taxes or fees that apply to the return shipment. Please mark the parcel as a return of goods so that it is not treated as a new import. If a return incurs import charges on arrival because the customs formalities were not completed correctly, we may deduct those charges from your refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Inspection of returned products
When the returned products arrive at the return address, they are inspected by us or by our fulfillment partner to check that they are the products from your order, that they are unopened and sealed, and that they meet the other conditions of this policy. Inspection is carried out without undue delay after arrival.
If the products pass inspection, we will process your refund as described in section 9. If the products do not pass inspection, we will inform you by email and explain why, and the provisions of section 4 apply. If only some of the returned products pass inspection, we will refund those products and deal with the remainder in accordance with section 4.
Where you are a consumer exercising a statutory right of withdrawal and the law makes you liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from your refund. For sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, as explained in section 2.
8. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or leaking, if you have received a product other than the one you ordered, or if a product is missing from your parcel, you must report it to us at support@purechemcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your report must include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the product, its packaging and the shipping box, including the shipping label. Where a product is defective in use, please also include a photo of the batch number and expiry date printed on the packaging.
Prompt reporting with photos allows us to verify the issue and to make claims against the carrier and our fulfillment partner, which have short deadlines. Reports received after this period, or without the required photos, may be difficult or impossible for us to verify, and we may ask you for additional information.
Once we have confirmed the problem, we will, at our option, send you a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost or refund the price of the affected product. In these cases we also refund the shipping cost attributable to the affected product and, where we ask you to return the product, we bear the cost of the return or provide you with a return label. In many cases we will not ask you to return a damaged or wrong product, and will instead ask you to dispose of it responsibly. Please do not send any product back without our instructions.
A product is not considered defective merely because you have a personal reaction to an ingredient that is correctly declared on the label or the Website, because it did not produce the results you hoped for, because its texture, colour or scent varies within the normal range for that type of product or between batches, or because it was used contrary to its directions, stored incorrectly, or used after its expiry date or after the period after opening indicated on the packaging.
The 48-hour reporting period applies to the commercial procedure we offer for transport damage, wrong items and missing items. Where you are a consumer, it does not shorten or exclude any statutory rights you have in relation to products that do not conform to the contract, which remain available to you within the periods provided by mandatory law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order, through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not make refunds to a different card, account or payment method, unless the original method is no longer available and we agree otherwise with you. We will process your refund within 14 days of the returned products arriving at the return address and passing inspection. Where a refund is due without a return, for example because a damaged product does not need to be sent back, we will process the refund within 14 days of confirming the refund to you.
Once we have processed a refund, the time it takes for the amount to appear on your account depends on your bank, card issuer or wallet provider, and is outside our control. Refunds are made in euros. If your account is held in another currency, the amount credited to you may differ from the amount originally debited because of exchange rate movements and fees applied by your bank or card issuer, for which we are not responsible.
The refund covers the price you paid for the returned products. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except where the product was faulty, damaged on delivery or not the product you ordered. The cost of returning the products is not refunded, except in those same cases. Where mandatory consumer law requires us to refund the original standard delivery cost when you withdraw from the entire order, we will do so, and in that case we refund no more than the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.
Where an order benefited from the quantity discount, a discount code or another promotion, the refund for the returned products is calculated on the basis of the price you actually paid for those products after the discount. If, after a partial return, the products you keep no longer qualify for the discount that was applied to the order, for example because the number of items remaining falls below a volume discount threshold, the refund will be reduced by the difference between the discount you received on the products you keep and the discount, if any, for which those products would have qualified on their own. Our volume discount is 5% off a product from 3 units of that product, 10% from 6 units and 15% from 8 units, as described in the Terms of Service. Any free gift or promotional item received because of the order must be returned with a complete return. If it is not returned, we may deduct its value from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Discount codes used on a returned order are not reissued unless we decide otherwise. Store credit, where we offer it, is subject to the conditions stated when it is issued.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product in accordance with this policy, if it meets the return conditions, and place a new order for the product you want.
11. Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email support@purechemcosmetics.com with your order number as soon as possible. Because orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partner quickly after they are accepted, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be acted on before dispatch. If we are able to cancel the order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full amount paid, including the shipping cost. If the order has already been dispatched, your request will be treated as a return request under this policy, and the return conditions, including the requirement that products are unopened and sealed and the rules on shipping costs, apply.
12. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@purechemcosmetics.com so that we can try to resolve it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer while a return or refund is being handled, or instead of following this policy, may delay the resolution of your case. Where a chargeback is initiated for an order that has been refunded, or for products that were delivered as ordered and do not qualify for a return, we may contest it and provide the payment processor and your bank with the relevant order, delivery and correspondence records.
13. Abuse of the returns process
We may refuse returns and refunds, and may close accounts or refuse future orders, where we reasonably believe that the returns process is being abused, for example through repeated returns of products that have been used and resealed, returns of products that were not purchased from us, returns of products that differ from those delivered, excessive or systematic returns, or false reports of damaged, missing or undelivered items. This section applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect your statutory rights.
14. Products for business customers
If you buy products in the course of a business, trade or profession, the statutory consumer rights referred to in this policy do not apply to you. We may, at our discretion, accept returns from business customers under the conditions of this policy, but we are not obliged to do so.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. The updated policy will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed the order.
16. Contact
For any question about returns, refunds, damaged or wrong items, please email support@purechemcosmetics.com and include your order number. Our postal address is listed in our Legal Notice. Please do not send returns to that address unless our support team has specifically instructed you to do so. Full details are set out in our Terms of Service.
6. Consumer disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@purechemcosmetics.com so that we can try to resolve it directly. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution procedure available in your country. Product and Results Disclaimer
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Purpose of this disclaimer
This Product and Results Disclaimer applies to all products offered on purechemcosmetics.com (the "Website") and to all information about those products that we publish on the Website, in our emails, on our social media channels, in our advertising and in any communication from our team. In this disclaimer, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Website named in our Legal Notice.
This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service. It explains the nature of the products we sell, the limits of the information we provide, the responsibility you take on when choosing and using our products, and why individual results vary. Please read it carefully before buying or using any product. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection or product liability law, and every provision of it applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Nature of our products
We sell two kinds of products: peptide skincare and cosmetic products, including serums, creams, cleansers, eye care, masks, hair care and sets; and dietary supplements, including capsules, gummies, powders and strips. Our products are manufactured, packed and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Supliful, on our behalf.
Cosmetic products are intended to be applied to the external parts of the body, such as the skin and hair, with a view to cleaning, perfuming, changing the appearance of, protecting or keeping them in good condition. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. Cosmetic products are for external use only.
Dietary supplements are foods intended to supplement the normal diet. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Statements about dietary supplements on the Website and in our marketing have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration or by any other medicines regulator as statements about the treatment of disease.
The word "peptide" in the description of our skincare products refers to cosmetic ingredients included in the formulation. It does not mean that any product has a pharmaceutical, medicinal or therapeutic effect, or that it acts in the same way as any injectable, prescription or clinical treatment.
3. No medical or professional advice
All information on the Website, including product descriptions, ingredient explanations, articles, guides, routines, frequently asked questions, before and after photos, reviews, social media content and answers given by our team by email, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical, dermatological, pharmaceutical, nutritional, dietary or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dermatologist, pharmacist, dietitian or other qualified professional who knows your personal circumstances.
You should not rely on information from us to make decisions about your health or about the treatment of any skin, hair or medical condition. If you have, or suspect you have, a medical or skin condition, please consult a qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Website or in our communications. Our team is not able to give individual medical or dermatological advice, and any response we give to a question about suitability is general in nature.
4. Your responsibility for checking ingredients and suitability
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you. Before buying and before using any product, you must read the full ingredient list, the directions for use, and all warnings and precautions shown on the product page and on the product packaging. The information printed on the label and packaging of the product you receive is the definitive information for that product. Product formulations and packaging may change from time to time, and if the information on the packaging differs from the information on the Website, the information on the packaging prevails.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, sensitive or reactive skin, a skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or acne, or any medical condition, if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you take any medication, including prescription, over-the-counter or topical medication, if you are undergoing or have recently undergone a cosmetic procedure, or if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you for any reason, you must consult a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist before buying or using it.
Ingredients that are natural, plant-derived or widely used can still cause allergic reactions or irritation in some people. The absence of a particular ingredient from a product does not mean the product is free from all allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any product is suitable for every skin type or every person.
5. Patch testing
Before using any cosmetic product for the first time, we strongly recommend that you carry out a patch test. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of clean skin, such as the inside of the wrist or the inner elbow, or behind the ear for products intended for the face, and leave it for at least 24 hours without washing the area, unless the product directions say otherwise. If you notice any redness, itching, burning, swelling, rash or other reaction during that period, do not use the product. A negative patch test does not guarantee that you will not react to the product later, particularly when it is used on a larger area, on more sensitive skin, or together with other products.
If irritation or any adverse reaction occurs at any time while using a product, stop using it immediately, rinse the area with plenty of water where appropriate, and seek medical advice if the reaction is severe or does not subside. If a product enters the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. If a product is swallowed accidentally, or if you experience a serious reaction, seek medical help immediately and show the product packaging to the medical professional.
6. Correct use of our products
Products must be used only as directed on the packaging and the Website. Cosmetic products are for external use only. They must not be swallowed, injected, inhaled or applied inside the body, and must not be applied to broken, damaged, sunburned or irritated skin unless the product directions expressly allow it. Products that are not specifically designed for the eye area must not be used in or near the eyes. Eye care products must be applied only as described in their directions.
Some skincare ingredients can increase the sensitivity of the skin to sunlight. Where this applies, or as a general precaution when using active skincare, use an appropriate sunscreen and limit sun exposure, following the directions on the product. Combining several active products can increase the risk of irritation, so introduce new products gradually and follow the directions for each one.
Dietary supplements must be taken only as directed on the packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Taking more than the recommended amount will not increase the benefit and may be harmful. Dietary supplements are not suitable for children unless the packaging expressly states otherwise. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before taking any supplement, since some ingredients may interact with medicines or may not be suitable in particular circumstances.
Sets and bundles may combine several products that are intended to be used together as a routine, or a skincare product with a dietary supplement. Each product in a set keeps its own ingredient list, directions and warnings, and you must read and follow them for every product individually. A routine suggested on the Website or on the packaging is a general suggestion. It does not take into account your skin type, sensitivities or health, and you may need to adapt it, introduce products one at a time, or leave out a product that does not suit you. If you use our products alongside products from other brands, prescription treatments or professional procedures such as peels, laser treatments, microneedling or injectables, ask the professional who provides that treatment whether and when you may use our products.
Keep all products out of the reach of children. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, with lids and caps closed, in accordance with the storage instructions on the packaging. Do not use products after their expiry date or after the period after opening indicated by the open jar symbol on the packaging. Do not use products whose seal was broken on delivery, whose packaging is damaged, or whose colour, smell or texture has changed significantly; instead, contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com.
7. Results vary between individuals
The effects of cosmetic products and dietary supplements differ from person to person. Results depend on many factors that are outside our control, including your skin or hair type and condition, your age, genetics, hormones, general health, diet, hydration, sleep, stress, lifestyle habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption, sun exposure, climate and environment, the other products and treatments you use, and how consistently and correctly you use the product. Some people may see visible changes, some may see only subtle changes, and some may see no noticeable change at all.
We do not promise or guarantee that any product will produce any specific result, will produce results within any particular period, or will produce the same results for you as for any other person. Any reference on the Website or in our marketing to the possible effects of a product describes what the product is designed to do or what some users have reported, and is not a promise of an outcome for you. Where we refer to the time over which effects may be noticed, this is an indication only.
Cosmetic products act on the appearance and condition of the skin and hair. They do not alter the structure of the skin, do not replace professional treatments, and their effects are generally maintained only with continued use.
The absence of a result you hoped for, or a result that differs from the results shown or described, does not make a product defective and does not on its own entitle you to a refund, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains when products can be returned.
8. Before and after photos
Before and after photos shown on the Website, in our emails, on our social media channels and in our advertising illustrate the individual experiences of the people shown. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Results vary, and the results shown may not be typical. The people shown may have used the product for different periods, in different ways, together with other products, or in combination with lifestyle changes. Differences between before and after photos may also be influenced by factors such as lighting, camera, angle, distance, skin hydration at the time of the photo, makeup and image quality.
9. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews, ratings and testimonials published on the Website or elsewhere reflect the personal opinions and experiences of the individuals who wrote them. They are not statements made by us, and we do not adopt or endorse any claims they contain. Individual experiences are not a reliable indication of the results you will achieve. Reviews may be edited for length, clarity or compliance, without changing their substance, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Any reviewer who received a product free of charge or another benefit in exchange for a review is required to disclose this.
10. Influencers, creators and third-party content
We may work with influencers, content creators and other third parties who present our products on social media and elsewhere. Their content reflects their own views and experiences. Where content is created in a commercial partnership with us, it should be identified as such. Statements made by third parties about our products are not statements made by us, and we are not responsible for third-party content that we have not reviewed and approved. The same principles about individual results set out in section 7 apply to all such content.
11. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, product information is based on information available to us at the time of publication, including information supplied by the manufacturer, and may contain errors or omissions or may become outdated. Product images are for illustration only, and the appearance, colour, texture and packaging of the product you receive may differ from the images shown. Changes to formulations, packaging and labelling may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the information on the Website is complete, accurate or current, and we may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, reaction or adverse effect arising from your failure to read and follow the ingredient list, directions, warnings and precautions for a product; from your failure to carry out a patch test or to consult a qualified professional where appropriate; from an allergy, sensitivity or reaction to an ingredient that is correctly declared on the product or on the Website; from the use of a product contrary to its directions, after its expiry date, or after incorrect storage; from the combination of our products with other products, treatments or medications; from your reliance on general information on the Website or in our communications as if it were professional advice; or from the fact that a product did not produce the results you expected.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for liability under mandatory product liability legislation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in this disclaimer affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Further provisions on our liability are set out in the Terms of Service.
13. Reporting adverse reactions
If you experience an undesirable effect or adverse reaction that you believe is connected with the use of one of our products, please stop using the product and seek medical advice where appropriate. We ask that you also inform us at support@purechemcosmetics.com, stating your order number, the name and batch number of the product, a description of the reaction and when it occurred, and any medical advice you received. We use this information to assess product safety and to comply with any obligations that apply to us, and we handle any health information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please keep the product and its packaging, since we may ask you for further information or photos.
14. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a new "Last updated" date.
15. Contact
If you have any questions about this disclaimer or about a product, please contact us at support@purechemcosmetics.com. Our postal address is listed in our Legal Notice.
